The text you are reading is actually an HTML document that has been inserted into the outer HTML page. This is done using an I-Frame. If you don't believe me, just right-click inside here and view the source code. You will see that the source page is called "text.html". The script for this example is actually just an I-Frame target to an external HTML file. This page effect is one of the simplest methods of inserting a large amount of text into a small place on to your page. I can't believe it is not used more often. To see the I-Frame tag, simply view the source of the outer HTMl document.
